Last Friday on 6th October, the social workers department had a discussion on how mindfulness is influencing the field of social work and we had departmental sharing on our work and the profile of clients we handle. Each Home will introduce themselves and talk about what they stand for. The demographics of their patient population were also discussed. It is worth noting that some of the residents in one home are former residents of another home.Having this talk would help departments share information more effectively. describe action plan
