hispanic 7 year old presents to the clinic for evaluation with his parents for complaints of of impulsivity inattention irritabilty with increase psychomotoe activity at school his teacher reports that he has difficulty with siiting during a lesson he makes inappropriate outbursts during class requiring frequent redurction and reminders tosay on task and does not- properly complete his class and homework assighments at home while is losing and has trouble waiting his trun to play the game he also has difficulties at homeand following routines and remmbering instructions to complete his chores the vanderbilt AdHd assesment was mostly 2 and 3
